Yes, considered essential because of our ability to clean and sanitize commercial and residential properties, we have made ourselves available during this time of need.

  • How do I know you won’t bring COVID-19 to my house?

There is no safer choice than Green Mountain Carpet Cleaning. You can rest assured, all State and Federal guidelines will be followed including PPE and Social Distancing. As someone who has attended many chemical, biological and personal safety certification classes over the years, each with strict and specific PPE requirements, I have the skill set and knowledge to keep us both safe.

  • Do you clean more than just carpets?

Yes, Green Mountain Carpet Cleaning will also clean and restore your other hard floor types including, natural stone and slate, hardwood, laminate, linoleum, tile and grout (ceramic, porcelain, rubber, etc.), concrete and more. We also clean and sanitize upholstered furniture (couch, chair, love-seat ottoman, etc)

  • Are your cleaning products safe for me and the environment?

Yes, Green Mountain Carpet Cleaning uses Carpet, Flooring and Upholstery cleaners which are safe for you and the environment. I don’t want harsh chemicals in my carpet and furniture where my family and pets lay. Why would anyone want that when there are safe and effective alternatives available?   • Do you have a minimum charge?

Yes, we have a minimum job size of $200 to come to your house or place of business to clean your Flooring, Carpets, Area Rugs or Upholstered Furniture. Contact us for more details, or to schedule an appointment.

  • Do you clean Area Rugs too?

Yes, we have the training and experience to clean your fine wool and synthetic rugs right at your house or place of business.

  • Can I drop off my area rug for you to clean?

We currently are not accepting drop-off’s, but we’ll come right to your house to clean your rugs.

  • Are there any Hidden Fees or Charges?

No, we do not add travel charges, fuel fees, mileage, taxes, waste disposal or any other sneaky charges. We don’t work that way!
